Booked one night stay at Hyatt Place MN airport south location . They charged me extra for parking , you can find better places with parking and without extra fee! Next day saw an extra charge on my credit card from HYATT, called them for explaining. They told me the owner is changed and they have no responsibility!!!! I called Hyatt global to request a refund , tgey said they cannot help and i need to talk with 訂房網站 agency for my refund! Tried calling the hotel manger again but no answer. I do not recommend them ! If you dont want extra headache and additional parking fee go somewhere else away from the airport !  I hope agency can help me :(

공항에서 가깝고 전철로 갈 수 있고 셔틀버스도 있다고 해서 선택. 방은 기대는 안했는데 가격이 비싼편이 아닌데 스위트룸 마냥 넓아서 놀랐어요.깨끗하고 침대도 좋았어요. 다만 추운데 히터가 조절하는 방법 모르겠고.잘 안되는지 추웠던게 아쉬웠어요.시설도 오래되서 좀 된것 같아요. 조식도 무료?였던데 새벽 가야되서 못 먹었어요. 셔틀버스 공항에 불를때 전화해야되는데 연락되면 나이드신분 할아버지가 오세요.차가 좀 더러웠지만 팁 줘야된다 이야기도 있는데 안 주는 분이 많은것 같기도. 보증금 내야되는데 현금 준비할것 그랬나 했네요.

The hotel is located closer to the airport but without be over the flight path so no noise from aircraft.  In hotel dining is limited and not much within walking distance. The metro train is within walking distance 5 minutes and can catch train if desired  easily.  The pool is of reasonable length (about 10-12m by the looks of it). Breakfast selection is OK, could be better but passable. Staff helpful.  Shuttle but is not well marked and driver quite upfront about requesting a tip.  Room was spacious  and clean and bed was comfortable. Zircon unit was not excessively noisy

The location was very close to the airport but a bit far from the Mall of America. Luckily, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Mall of America or the Airport, which was very helpful. The pool was very basic, but breakfast was good.

とても広く最高なホテルでした。建物は新しい訳では無いですが、清潔感があり、快適な空間でした。また、モール・オブ・アメリカに近く、空港やモール・オブ・アメリカへの送迎を頼んだら快く引き受けてくれました。朝食も美味しくて、スタッフの人がとても優しくフレンドリーでした。また訪れる機會があったら是非泊まりたいです！
